Terms of Service

The protocols governing the use of the Sitegine AI synthesis engine, digital credits, and architectural blueprints.

Last Updated: April 2026

01

The Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "Architect") and Sitegine ("Company," "We," "Us"). By accessing the Sitegine platform, utilizing the Neural Engine, or purchasing Credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

02

Neural Synthesis & AI Disclaimer

Nature of Services: Sitegine utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (Large Language Models and Generative Adversarial Networks) to synthesize website blueprints, copy, and imagery.

Accuracy & Hallucinations: While our models are tuned for high-fidelity commercial output, AI can occasionally generate incorrect, nonsensical, or biased information ("Hallucinations"). You acknowledge that Sitegine is an assistive tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before publishing it to a live environment.

Uniqueness: Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that the layout or specific phrasing generated for you will never be generated for another user.

03

Credits & Payments

Virtual Currency: Sitegine operates on a "Credit" system. Credits are a virtual currency used to trigger AI generation tasks (e.g., generating a site, regenerating sections, updating styling, or mapping domains). Credits have no monetary value outside of the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Refundable: All purchases of Credits and Subscription Plans are final and non-refundable. Once a synthesis task (e.g., "Generate Site") is initiated, credits are deducted immediately, regardless of your satisfaction with the AI's creative output.

Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a recurring plan (Standard, Professional, Agency), you are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

04

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the text prompts, business names, and specific data you input into the Builder.

Generated Assets: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitegine assigns to you the ownership rights of the specific website HTML/JSON blueprints generated during your session. However, Sitegine retains ownership of the underlying software, stylesheets, UI components, and the "Engine" used to generate them.

License to Us: By using the platform, you grant Sitegine a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your generated content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., hosting your landing page).

05

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Sitegine to generate, host, or promote:

  • Illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or phishing sites.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence.
  • Sexually explicit material or adult entertainment services.
  • Malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt other systems.

Sitegine reserves the right to terminate accounts and delete sites found in violation of these rules without refund or prior notice.

06

Hosting & Custom Domains

Subdomains: Sitegine provides temporary subdomains (e.g., brand.mywebsitelink.com) for preview and testing. These are property of Sitegine and may be revoked if unused for extended periods.

Custom Domains: Users on paid plans may map custom domains. You are responsible for configuring your DNS correctly. Sitegine is not a Domain Registrar; you must purchase your domain from a third party (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy).

Uptime: While we utilize enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for business losses due to service interruptions.

07

Limitation of Liability

Read Carefully

THE SITEGINE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEGINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL SITEGINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
